Good location, though quite noisy, but fine for one or two nights stay. The personnel was very polite and helpful. Our room was enough for a couple, with storage space, TV, and a decent bathroom.

The location was great, only about a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, which made it convenient. However, the room didn't feel very clean - I noticed small bugs and the bed was uncomfortable. The man at the reception was kind and tried to help, which I appreciated.

The elevator was a little tight and it was difficult finding the front door. But the cleanliness of the room and helpfulness of the staff outweighed that. It was a g9od stay.

Location was excellent- easy walking to/ from the Roma termini station. It appeared clean. It was cheap

If i can find 0, i will put it, the stay was awful, speacially room is very bad, facilities is not acceptable, they didnt change towels during my 3 days stay, when i ask, ‘reception’ told me every 2 days we change it, in the bathroom water is not going normal, i dont suggest anyone to reserve this hotel!!!

Everything was great, we stayed for 3 days and only spent the night, we were outside the whole time, the reception really works 24/7 and they are ready to help 24/7, the host was a great person, he gave a lot of advice, explained the routes, and on the last day, we had to leave at 4:00 at night, they offered to accompany us to the station to be safe։ There was a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, the kitchen is shared, tap water is for drinking, they also sell juices, water The bathroom was clean, there were towels, soap, hot water, but the room was very small, but normal for the price. Very close to Termini station, we really needed the metro at that station, as well as the bus stops. We will come again, we are satisfied.
